Decent prices, could improve delivery

I purchased a small batch of Macanudo and a desktop humidor. The pricing for the cigars was fair, and the humidor seemed like a good deal. My order took about 6 days to reach Denver, which was longer than I expected. The humidor had a tiny scratch on the corner, nothing major, but noticeable. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the shipping delay. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I hope they can speed up their logistics a bit.

Happy with my latest order

Just received my latest order from JR Cigars. I got a few boxes of My Father Cigars and some Vertigo lighters. I've ordered from them several times before, and they're reliably good. This time was no different. The cigars arrived well-humidified, and the lighters all worked perfectly right out of the box. I keep coming back because I know what to expect: good products and consistent delivery. It's nice not to have to worry about the quality.

Got some Oliva and a pipe

Needed some new Oliva cigars and figured I'd try a smoking pipe too. Everything came fast enough, like five days to my place. The cigars were good, and the pipe looked exactly like the picture. No complaints, it was a smooth transaction. I'd use them again if I needed more stuff.

My first JR Cigars order

I was a bit hesitant to order online for cigars but needed some Cohiba for an event. The website was easy to navigate, and I found exactly what I was looking for. I signed up for their newsletter and got a code for 10% off my first order, which was a nice bonus. The order confirmation came through quickly. It shipped after two days, then arrived about three days after that. Everything was packaged well, cigars were in perfect condition. I even called customer service once to ask about tracking and the person was helpful. Definitely felt like I got good value for my money.

Good selection, slow shipping

I ordered a box of Romeo y Julieta cigars and some Boveda packs. The selection was great, and the prices were pretty competitive. Shipping took about a week to get to me in Arizona, which felt a bit long. The packaging was good, everything arrived fresh. I just wish delivery was a little quicker, but overall a solid experience.

Always a great smoke!

Got my usual order of Arturo Fuente cigars and a new Xikar cutter. Always consistent, always fresh, and always a pleasure. I've been buying from them for years, and they never disappoint. The customer service has been stellar every time I've had a question. They really know their stuff and it makes shopping easy. Will definitely order again!
